How to
Install

Required Tools for Installation:

• Drill
• Level
• Mitre/Circular Saw
• Caulking Gun
• Multi-tool

As all robes are a custom size and design, we cannot provide specific instructions. Don't worry; you'll receive the same cut list as the Packers installers receive for each installation. Download an example below.

Multiple items are provided oversize to ensure the installation runs successfully. These include:

• MDF floor plate (+100mm)
• top/bottom track (+100mm)
• top shelf (+100mm)
• scribes, pelmet (+100mm)
• end panels (+100mm)

All internal uprights and doors are made to measure as per your provided measurements.

Why are some items provided oversize? 
If your ceiling, floor or walls 'run out of level' you'll be required to cut to fit, if we cut to size, you would be left with gaps.

ie. If you have an end panel, and your floor runs out +20mm in 1 direction and your ceiling runs out +15mm in the other direction and we provide an end panel that was to your 'ceiling height' it would actually be 25mm too short.

• Director screw for pre-drilled components
• 45mm chipboard screws for fixing top shelves to uprights to be pre-drilled
• 32mm chipboard screws for fixing scribes & infills to be pre-drilled
• 25mm chipboard screws for fixing cleats & uprights together to be pre-drilled.
• 1 1/2" pan head for top tracks
• 1" pan head for bottom tracks
• 1/2" pan head for fixing L brackets
• 1/2" countersunk for fixing hanging rod brackets
• Euro screw for runners to uprights

The quantity of screws included is based on your robe size and selected configurations.
A printout of the screw kit will come in your fixings bag.
